Should you buy a B2B email list?
Usually not. A bought list was built before you got it, so a share of the addresses have already gone dead, and the same list has typically been sold to other senders who've mailed it before you. Both push bounce and spam rates up, and those land on your domain, not the vendor's.
Is it legal to email a bought list?
It depends on where your recipients are, and this isn't legal advice. In the EU and the UK you need a lawful basis for every address and have to tell people where you got their data, which a bought list rarely lets you do. In Germany, commercial email usually needs prior consent even between businesses. In the US, CAN-SPAM allows B2B cold email with a working opt-out. Check the rules for each market you contact.
What does a list built with ManyPI contain?
One row per company that fits your brief, with the decision makers ManyPI found, their roles, their email addresses once verified, and the source each lead came from. Business phone numbers come through where a public listing publishes them.
Can I build a list by industry and location?
Yes, that's the usual brief: a type of company, a place, and anything else that matters, like size, whether they're hiring, or whether they have a website. Local businesses come from Google Maps as well as the wider web.
