Does switching change anything in my old tool?

No. ManyPI only reads it and never changes it. Your API key is encrypted and deleted when the import ends.

Will my campaigns start sending on their own?

No. Every campaign arrives as a paused draft, and nothing sends until you launch it.

Which plan do I need?

Any plan can import. Custom columns need Starter, and sending needs a paid plan.

What if my tool isn't listed?

Export a CSV or Excel file and drop it on Leads. ManyPI matches the columns for you.

How we write these guides · checked 16 October 2026

We make ManyPI, so read these knowing that. The steps inside each tool are based on its own help pages, linked on every guide with the date we checked them. If a menu has moved, write to ask@support.manypi.com and we'll fix the guide.
