Does switching change anything in Snov.io?

No. ManyPI only reads your Snov.io account and never changes it. What you paste is encrypted, and deleted when the import ends.

Will my campaigns start sending on their own?

No. Every campaign arrives as a paused draft, and nothing sends until you launch it. Replied and opted-out leads are never queued.

Do my merge tags still work?

Yes, the common ones are rewritten for you. {{firstName}} becomes {{first_name}} and {{companyName}} becomes {{company}}. Conditional blocks are removed and their text kept.

Can I import a CSV file instead?

Yes. Export your leads from Snov.io and drop the file on Leads in ManyPI. A file brings leads and their columns; campaigns and opt-outs come over only with the key.

Why does Snov.io need two values?

Snov.io's API uses a User ID and an API Secret together. Both are on the API tab of Snov.io's account settings.

Are Snov.io prospects queued into the new campaigns?

No. ManyPI can't tell from a prospect list who was already emailed, so it queues nobody. Add prospects to a campaign from Leads once the drafts look right.

Which ManyPI plan do I need to switch?

Any plan can run the switch. A workspace holds up to 250 imported leads on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro and 250,000 on Business. Custom fields need Starter, A/B variants need Pro, and sending needs a paid plan.

How many leads can one import bring?

Up to 100,000 per run, within your plan's lead limit. Run it again for the rest: an import picks up where it stopped, and leads already in ManyPI are merged, not added twice.

Do I have to warm up my inboxes again?

No. An inbox that's already warm can turn the ramp off or set its own numbers.
