Does switching change anything in Smartlead?

No. ManyPI only reads your Smartlead account and never changes it. What you paste is encrypted, and deleted when the import ends.

Will my campaigns start sending on their own?

No. Every campaign arrives as a paused draft, and nothing sends until you launch it. Replied and opted-out leads are never queued.

Do my merge tags still work?

Yes, the common ones are rewritten for you. {{firstName}} becomes {{first_name}} and {{companyName}} becomes {{company}}. Any other variable becomes a custom field, so {{industry}} turns into {{custom.industry}}. Conditional blocks are removed and their text kept.

Can I import a CSV file instead?

Yes. Export your leads from Smartlead and drop the file on Leads in ManyPI. A file brings leads and their columns; campaigns and opt-outs come over only with the key.

Which Smartlead opt-outs come over?

Leads marked bounced, unsubscribed, do not contact or blocked. They land on your do-not-contact list before anything else is imported.

Which ManyPI plan do I need to switch?

Any plan can run the switch. A workspace holds up to 250 imported leads on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro and 250,000 on Business. Custom fields need Starter, A/B variants need Pro, and sending needs a paid plan.

How many leads can one import bring?

Up to 100,000 per run, within your plan's lead limit. Run it again for the rest: an import picks up where it stopped, and leads already in ManyPI are merged, not added twice.

Does switching use my email checks?

No. Leads are queued into the new campaign without an email check, so the switch spends none. Your do-not-contact list is still checked when each email goes out.

Do I have to warm up my inboxes again?

No. An inbox that's already warm can turn the ramp off or set its own numbers.

In Smartlead

Open Settings in Smartlead
Find the API Key section and click Activate API if you have not
Copy the key

Smartlead says API access depends on your Smartlead plan.
