Does switching change anything in Apollo?

No. ManyPI only reads your Apollo account and never changes it. What you paste is encrypted, and deleted when the import ends.

Will my campaigns start sending on their own?

No. Every campaign arrives as a paused draft, and nothing sends until you launch it. Replied and opted-out leads are never queued.

Do my merge tags still work?

Yes, the common ones are rewritten for you. {{firstName}} becomes {{first_name}} and {{companyName}} becomes {{company}}. Conditional blocks are removed and their text kept.

Can I import a CSV file instead?

Yes. Export your leads from Apollo and drop the file on Leads in ManyPI. ManyPI recognises Apollo's export headers, such as “company name for emails”. A file brings leads and their columns; campaigns and opt-outs come over only with the key.

Why does Apollo need a master key?

Without one, sequences can't be read. Contacts still come over. Switch on “Set as master key” when you create the key in Apollo.

Does the switch copy Apollo's whole database?

No, only the contacts saved in your Apollo account, up to 50,000. To find new leads, ManyPI has its own search.

Which ManyPI plan do I need to switch?

Any plan can run the switch. A workspace holds up to 250 imported leads on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro and 250,000 on Business. Custom fields need Starter, A/B variants need Pro, and sending needs a paid plan.

Does switching use my email checks?

No. Leads are queued into the new campaign without an email check, so the switch spends none. Your do-not-contact list is still checked when each email goes out.

Do I have to warm up my inboxes again?

No. An inbox that's already warm can turn the ramp off or set its own numbers.

How to switch

ManyPI only reads Apollo with it. In the wizard, “Where do I find it?” shows the same steps.

In Apollo

Open Settings in Apollo, then Integrations
Next to API, click Connect, then API keys
Create a new key, switch on Set as master key, and copy it

Turn on “Set as master key” so sequences can be read. Apollo says API access depends on your Apollo plan.
