Can Clay send rows to ManyPI automatically?

Yes, with the lead intake URL. Copy it from Integrations in ManyPI, call it from a Clay HTTP API column, and each row lands in Leads, up to 100 per request.

Will my columns map on their own?

Most do. ManyPI matches columns by header and by what's in them, and flags anything unsure as “needs a look”. First and last name are merged into one name.

What if a lead is already in ManyPI?

It's merged, not added twice. ManyPI matches on email, or on domain plus name or company, and by default only fills in what's blank.

Which files can I import?

CSV, TSV, TXT, JSON and Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm), up to 25 MB. Each import uses the first 10,000 rows, so split a bigger export. Save an old .xls file as .xlsx first.

Can I import from Google Sheets instead?

Yes, from a public Google Sheets link, with no connection needed. The columns are matched the same way as a CSV.

Which ManyPI plan do I need to import?

Any plan can import a file. A workspace holds up to 250 imported leads on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro and 250,000 on Business. Custom columns need Starter, and sending needs a paid plan.

How do I bring my do-not-contact list?

Paste the addresses under Do not contact, up to 5,000 at a time, one per line or comma separated. Anyone who unsubscribes from a ManyPI email is added on their own.

Do my inboxes need warming up first?

Only if they're new to cold email. An inbox that's already warm can turn the ramp off or set its own numbers.
