TL;DR
Our roadmap is public at manypi.com/roadmap. Open any item to see how close it is, vote for what you need, or suggest what's missing.
Open the roadmapUntil now, the only way to know whether something was coming to ManyPI was to ask us. That's fine for one question. It's not much help when you're deciding whether to build your outreach around a feature that might land next month, or never.
So our roadmap is public now, at manypi.com/roadmap. Anyone can read it. Once you're signed in, you can vote for what you need and suggest what's missing. The same roadmap is inside the app too: open Get help and pick the Roadmap tab.
What's on the roadmap
The board has four columns:
Requested: ideas from customers and from us that we haven't committed to yet.
Planned: things we've decided to build.
In progress: what we're working on now.
Done: everything we've shipped, going back to the first release of the ManyPI data engine.
As of late October 2026 it holds 64 items: 43 shipped, 4 in progress, 9 planned and 8 requested.
Every card has an area, so you can filter down to the part of ManyPI you use: Leads, Outreach, Inbox, CRM, AI agent, Workflows, Data, Integrations or Platform. You can also search, and sort by votes or by newest.
Open an item to see how close it is
A title tells you what's coming. It doesn't tell you how far along it is. So every item opens up, and depending on where it stands you'll find:
What's left: the steps still open, ticked off as we finish them, with a progress bar.
Updates from the team: short dated notes when something changes, newest first.
Screenshots, videos and PDFs: so you can see a feature before it ships.
An example: a link to a tool that already does it well, when the person who suggested it gave one.
Some items also carry a note from us. Google Calendar, for example, is built and waiting on Google's app review before it opens to everyone. You shouldn't have to email us to find that out.
We keep a few notes internal, like who asked for an item. The rest is written for you.
Vote for what you need
Voting takes a ManyPI account, and you get one vote per item. Vote for as many items as you like. By default the most-voted items sit at the top of each column, except Done, which goes by date.
Suggest a feature
Click "Suggest a feature" and tell us what you're trying to do and what gets in the way today. Pick an area if you know it. If another tool already does it well, paste the link as an example. A link often explains more than a paragraph.
Your suggestion shows as "In review" to you until someone on our team has read it. Then everyone can see it and vote. If it's already on the board, we fold it into the existing item and its votes move across.
If you're signed out when you send it, we'll ask you to sign in and keep your draft until you're back.
What it doesn't do yet
Nothing tells you yet when an idea you voted for ships. That's on the roadmap too: "Hear back when your idea ships" is in Planned. Until then, check the Done column or the changelog.
If the thing you've been waiting for is on the board, vote for it. If it isn't, tell us.
