Your first half hour has one goal: a short list of companies that fit, with an email address you can trust for each. Nothing to install, and the free plan covers all of it.
Step by step
- 1Create a free account at app.manypi.com/signup, no credit card.
- 2In chat, describe your ideal customer: who they are, where they are, and how many you want. Example: "Find 50 Shopify stores in Germany selling skincare, with the founder's email."
- 3Watch the run. The agent plans, searches the web, scrapes what it finds and saves matching companies to your leads table.
- 4Open Leads and check the results. Verify the email addresses you care about so bounces never reach your sending reputation.
- 5Open Outreach, connect a sending inbox under Email accounts, write a short sequence and enroll the leads you kept.
Already have a list?
Skip the search. Open Leads and import a spreadsheet, or switch from Instantly, Apollo, lemlist and others with one API key. See Importing your own leads and Switching from another tool.
Good first prompts
- "Find 100 B2B SaaS companies with 10–50 employees in the Nordics and get me a contact email for each."
- "Scrape every product name, price and rating from this category page and give me a CSV."
- "Here's my sales spreadsheet, which region grew fastest last quarter? Chart it."
- "Turn this competitor's pricing page into an API I can call daily."
Be specific about the fields you want. "Name, domain, employee count and a contact email" beats "company info" every time.
If the first run comes back thin
- Widen one thing at a time: the region, the company size or the industry. Changing all three at once makes it hard to see what helped.
- Name a source you know lists these companies: a directory, a marketplace, a trade association or a conference page.
- Drop a disqualifier that may be cutting too deep, then add it back once you see the list.
- Ask the agent in the same chat to keep going. Leads already in your table aren't saved twice.
