Does switching change anything in Saleshandy?

No. ManyPI only reads Saleshandy and never changes it.

What happens to my campaigns?

They're recreated in ManyPI as paused drafts, so nothing sends until you launch them from your own connected inboxes.

Can I run the import again?

Yes. An import picks up where it stopped, and leads are matched against the ones you already have, so running it twice doesn't create duplicates.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Importing works on every plan, within its lead limit. Sending the campaigns needs a paid plan.
