This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Privacy Notice applies to California residents and supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Who This Applies To: This notice applies to you if you are a California resident as defined by the CCPA. It does not apply to information collected from job applicants, employees, or business contacts in their professional capacity.
Effective Date: This notice is effective as of November 24, 2025, and applies to personal information collected on or after January 1, 2020.
Relationship to Privacy Policy: This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between this CCPA notice and our Privacy Policy, this notice controls for California residents.
We collect various categories of personal information from California residents.
Categories of Personal Information:
Identifiers: Name, email address, postal address, IP address, account name, and other similar identifiers.
Customer Records: Billing address, payment information, and purchase history.
Commercial Information: Products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
Internet Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding interaction with our website, application, or advertisements.
Geolocation Data: Approximate location derived from IP address.
Professional Information: Company name, job title, and business contact information.
Inferences: Preferences, characteristics, and behavioral trends derived from the information we collect.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, precise geolocation, or health information.
We collect personal information from various sources.
Directly From You: Information you provide when creating an account, using our services, or contacting us.
Automatically: Information collected automatically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies when you use our services.
Third Parties: Information from payment processors, analytics providers, and other service providers.
Public Sources: Information from publicly available sources such as business directories.
We collect and use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
Providing Services: To provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and fulfill your requests.
Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
Communications: To send you service-related communications, respond to inquiries, and provide updates.

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, and geolocation data.
No Sale of Personal Information: ManyPI does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Third-Party Analytics: We use third-party analytics services that may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. While this is not considered a "sale" under CCPA, you can opt out of this collection through browser settings or opt-out mechanisms provided by these services.
California residents have the right to request information about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.

Frequency: You may make a verifiable request for information up to twice in a 12-month period.
Response Time: We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days.
Format: We will provide the information in a portable and readily usable format, typically via email or through your account dashboard.
California residents have the right to request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
What We Will Delete: Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to delete your information.
- Exceptions:
- We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the information was collected
- Detect security incidents or protect against illegal activity
- Debug or repair errors in our systems
- Exercise free speech or ensure another consumer's right to free speech
- Comply with legal obligations
- Use the information internally in a lawful manner compatible with the context in which you provided it
Service Providers: We will instruct our service providers to delete your information, but we cannot control third parties' compliance.
Backup Systems: Information may remain in backup systems for a limited time after deletion.
California residents have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
How to Correct: You can update most information directly through your account settings. For information you cannot update yourself, submit a request to legal@manypi.com.
Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity before making corrections.
Response Time: We will respond to correction requests within 45 days.
Scope: We will make reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate information, taking into account the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed.
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Our Practice: As stated above, ManyPI does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Future Changes: If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide a clear and conspicuous link titled "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" on our homepage.
- Third-Party Tracking:

- Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
- Opt out through industry opt-out mechanisms like the Digital Advertising Alliance
GPC Signal: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control signals from browsers.
California residents have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Our Practice: We do not collect or use sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA. Therefore, this right does not currently apply to our data practices.
Sensitive Personal Information Defined: Sensitive personal information includes Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic data, biometric data, health information, sex life or sexual orientation, and certain account credentials.
Future Changes: If we begin collecting sensitive personal information, we will update this notice and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.

Response Time: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you.
No Fee: We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
We must verify your identity before responding to your CCPA requests.
Verification Methods: We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we have on file. The verification method depends on the type of request and the sensitivity of the information.

Right to Know Requests: For requests to know categories of information, we require a lower level of verification (matching 2 data points).
For requests to know specific pieces of information, we require a higher level of verification (matching 3 data points and a signed declaration under penalty of perjury).
Deletion Requests: We require a moderate level of verification (matching 2 data points).
Unable to Verify: If we cannot verify your identity, we will notify you and explain why we cannot process your request.
Account Holders: If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity through your account credentials.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

- Offer financial incentives for the collection, sale, or deletion of personal information (with your opt-in consent)
Service Limitations: If you request deletion of your personal information, we may not be able to provide certain services that require that information.
We may offer financial incentives for the collection or retention of personal information.
Current Programs: We currently do not offer financial incentive programs tied to the collection, retention, or sale of personal information.

- If we offer such programs in the future, we will:
- Provide clear terms describing the program
- Explain how the incentive is reasonably related to the value of your data
- Obtain your opt-in consent before enrolling you
- Allow you to opt out at any time
Value Calculation: Any financial incentive will be reasonably related to the value provided to us by your personal information, calculated based on factors such as the expense related to collection, storage, and use of the information.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Age Restriction: Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16.
Parental Consent: If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
Opt-In Requirement: If we were to knowingly collect information from minors aged 13-15, we would require opt-in consent from the minor. For minors under 13, we would require opt-in consent from a parent or guardian.
Reporting: If you believe we have collected information from a minor under 16, please contact us immediately at legal@manypi.com.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice.

- We determine retention periods based on:

- Typical Retention Periods:
- Account information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter
- Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes
- Marketing data: Retained until you opt out or for 2 years of inactivity
- Log files: Retained for 90 days
Deletion: After the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize personal information.
Legal Holds: We may retain information longer if required by law or legal process.
