Exporting your data and switching providers
What you can export, in which formats, and how leaving or switching to another provider works.
You can take your data with you at any time, free of charge. This page is the specification of exportable data that §13 of the Terms of Service refers to: what you can export yourself, what we export for you on request, and what stays behind because it belongs to the internal running of the Service.
Export it yourself
- Contacts and leads
- Leads table, then Export. CSV, TSV, JSON or plain text, up to 10,000 rows per file, filtered as the table is. Columns: company, full name, title, email, phone (with E.164 format, line type and status), domain, LinkedIn URL, location, source URL, score, status, email provider, email status, role-address flag, verification date, unsubscribe date and creation date.
- Do-not-contact list
- Outreach, then Suppressions, then download. CSV with every suppressed address, the reason, your note and the date.
- Account data
- Settings, then Export Your Data. One JSON file with your account, profile, subscription, Credit balances, scrapers with their run results, and API key records.
- Programmatic access
- The leads export and your scraper endpoints also work with an API key, for larger or automated exports. See the API reference.
Exported for you on request
The following data has no export button yet. We export it for you, free of charge, in JSON or CSV, within the switching periods below. Write to legal@manypi.com from the email address of the workspace owner.
- CRM records: companies, deals, tasks, notes and activity history.
- Campaigns and sequences, with their steps, enrollments and delivery results.
- Correspondence synchronised from connected mailboxes: message headers and the stored message bodies. Attachments are never stored, so there are none to export.
- Workflows and their configuration.
- Files and datasets you uploaded.
- Agent runs and their results, and other AI output saved in your workspace.
- Brands and workspace settings.
Not exported
Data that is specific to the internal functioning of the Service is not exportable data:
- Our metering, billing and invoicing records. Invoices come from the payment provider and are available in your billing settings.
- Security, access and audit logs.
- The shared operational caches described in §8 of the Privacy Policy, which hold no data that belongs to your workspace.
- The agent's internal instructions, prompts, model configuration and other internals of the Service.
- Stored credentials and tokens for mailboxes and integrations, for security reasons. Reconnect those accounts at your new provider.
Switching to another provider
- 1Tell us in writing, at
legal@manypi.com, that you want to switch and when. The notice period is at most two months. - 2After the notice period, a transitional period of up to 30 days follows. The Service keeps running, and we help you move: exports, data on request and answers about formats.
- 3After the transitional period you have at least 30 more days to retrieve your data.
- 4We then delete your data from our production systems. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Switching and exports cost nothing. Fees already paid for the current subscription term are not refunded. The binding rules are in §13 of the Terms of Service.
Leaving without switching
Cancel your plan in billing settings; it ends at the end of the paid term. After the agreement ends you can still log in for 30 days to export. Deleting your account deletes your data immediately, without that 30-day window, so export first.
