Data privacy and compliance

Where your data lives, who processes it and which documents govern it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; inbox passwords, OAuth tokens and integration tokens are additionally encrypted by the application and never displayed back in full.
Workspaces are isolated from each other by row-level security in the database.
Your database, background servers and stored mail sit in the EU (Germany and Finland). A few functions use providers outside the EU, such as AI inference and payments, all listed on the Sub-processor List.
We do not sell your data, use it for our own marketing or let any AI provider train on it.

For the leads, CRM records and mail you process in ManyPI, you are the controller and we are your processor. The Data Processing Agreement (manypi.com/legal/dpa) applies automatically, without a separate signature.
