What does the event feedback survey template ask?

5 questions: How was the event overall? What was the best part? What should we change next time? Would you come to the next one? Your email, for early tickets

How does it qualify leads?

Each answer adds points. At 30 points or more a lead is Hot: it sees your booking link at the end and is marked Qualified in your lead list. From 10 points it is Warm. You can change the points and both thresholds in the editor.

How do I use this template?

Press Use this template and it opens in the ManyPI form editor. Change the questions, the wording and the design, publish it, then share the link or embed it on your website. Every response becomes a lead in the list you choose.
