Rate limits

60 requests per minute per key, and how to stay under it.

API keys are rate limited to 60 requests per minute by default. Exceeding it returns 429 Too Many Requests; the window resets after a minute.

Retry with exponential backoff rather than immediately.
Cache endpoint responses, cached invocations are cheaper and faster for you too.
Use async mode for slow endpoints instead of hammering a sync call.
Contact us if you need a higher limit.

Rate limits are separate from credits. A request can be inside the rate limit and still fail because your workspace is out of credits.
