What runs automatically
- Warmup ramps a new inbox up gradually instead of blasting from day one.
- Daily caps are warmup-aware: each inbox has a ceiling that grows as it earns trust.
- Bounce detection reads your mailbox over IMAP and marks dead addresses.
- Suppression stops those addresses being emailed again, across every campaign.
- Auto-pause stops an inbox before a bad list can damage its reputation.
- Spam hints flag risky wording while you write.
What you should still do
- Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain.
- Verify addresses before you enroll them.
- Spread volume across several inboxes rather than pushing one hard.
- Keep sequences short and genuinely relevant, nothing recovers a list you burned.
Each inbox carries a 0–100 health score built from today's sends against its cap, plus 14 days of delivered, failed and opened counts.
Do not contact
Every address that must never be emailed again lives under Outreach, then Do not contact, with the reason it is there: unsubscribed, bounced, marked as spam, or added by you. No campaign writes to them again, whichever campaign they came from.
Add addresses yourself with Add addresses: one per line, or a comma-separated list. A whole domain works as @domain.com. Export downloads the list as a CSV.
