Verifying email addresses
Check that an address can actually receive mail before you write to it.
Verification probes the receiving mailbox and tells you whether an address can accept mail. Each check spends one validation credit ($0.005 beyond your included allowance).
- Included per seat per month: 50 on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro, 250,000 on Business, one for every lead your plan can store. Beyond that it is $0.005 per check, pay as you go.
- Addresses that come back undeliverable are marked, and campaigns skip them automatically.
- Bounces detected during sending feed back into the same list, so a dead address is never emailed twice.
Your included validations match your included sends on purpose, verifying everything you send should never cost extra.
