Working the leads table
Statuses, filters, columns and what each lead actually holds.
Every lead the agent saved or you imported lives in one table you can search, filter and sort.
Statuses
- Active
- In play. The default for anything newly found or imported.
- Contacted
- Has been emailed, by a campaign or a one-off send.
- Qualified
- Worth pursuing, your marker, set by you or the agent.
- Disqualified
- Not a fit. Excluded from future enrollments.
- Archived
- Out of the working set without being deleted.
Each lead carries its company and person fields, the source it came from, its email status (unverified, valid, undeliverable) and the mail provider behind the domain.
Stored leads are shared across your whole workspace and capped per plan: 50 on Free, 2,500 on Starter, 50,000 on Pro and 250,000 on Business.
